Summary of the story :
   The story, “Brave Irene” by William Steig, focuses on the plight of a young girl, Irene Bobbin. Her mother is the dressmaker for the duchess, but has fallen ill. It is up to Irene to deliver the dress to the duchess, in spite of a fierce snowstorm. There are numerous obstacles to cause difficulty for Irene but she must deliver this dress
